deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $75 (or payment in full) of the performance cost is required BEFORE a booking can be confirmed.

late arrivals

If a performer is running late for a performance due to road conditions (including traffic, extreme weather, trains crossing etc.) the time lost will be included at the end of the performance to compensate for the late arrival.

All of our performers prepare for each event, including travel time, and prepare to arrive at precisely when they are scheduled to make their entrance at the selected party or event. If travel time is increased unexpectedly due to weather conditions or traffic, the safety of our performers IS a priority.

Performers will call if they are expected to arrive later than the scheduled performance time.

party favors

Our performers are responsible for providing services for the number of guests notified in the booking arrangements. If extra guests are added, program items such as games and activities may be omitted at the prerogative of the performer.

Performers are not responsible for extra crafts or prizes than the confirmed number of guests. The final numbers should be submitted no later than 24 hours before an event.

Goodie bags may be requested as an add on feature, at an additional cost for parties depending on # of children & supplies available.

Props & effects

Specialty props & favors such as “training webs”, stickers, and candy are regularly used as part of our performances, there is a possibility that these items could require a thorough clean-up of the party environment after the festivities have concluded. Clients will address these concerns with our Creative Director, Greg, before the party so that activities and favors can be altered, otherwise we will assume no responsibility for the clean-up or any damage assumed through the use of performance props.

children’s attention

Our performers will attempt to maintain the focus of all of the children at a special event or a party, however we will not discipline or force unwilling party guests to participate in our performances. As performances can be somewhat time-sensitive, our performers will carry-on as usual, so as to not disrupt the other guests.

**NOTE: Children (and their actions) remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians at ALL TIMES.

overtime

Our performers may stay over time, (if daily bookings allow), but an overtime fee of $25 may be charged if they are requested to stay longer than 15 minutes than the allotted time.

Setting

If our performers feel unsafe or are being verbally or physically abused by guests (including children) they have the prerogative to leave the event while still receiving FULL payment for their services.

Trademark
